เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว ถือเป็นบุคลากรที่สำคัญที่สุดของวิชาชีพนี้ สมาคมฯ ได้มีการจัดฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนวของบริษัทสมาชิกขึ้นเป็นประจำ โดยได้รับความช่วยเหลือและร่วมมืออย่างดีจากหน่วยงานการศึกษา สถานฑูต และหน่วยงานด้านวีซ่าของประเทศต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี
อมรมดูงานต่างประเทศ
ในแต่ละปีสมาคมฯ จะได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศต่างๆ ไปเยี่ยมชมโรงเรียน สถาบันวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อเป็นการเสริมความรู้ รับทราบความเป็นไปและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นของสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศต่างๆ นำความรู้ข้อมูลทที่ทันสมัยเหล่านี้กลับมาเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักศึกษาที่กำลังจะเดินทางไปเรียนในการเยี่ยมชมสถาบันแต่ละครั้ง
