6. Term and Conditions for Exhibitors

Cancellation: The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 8 weeks prior to the event = 75% refund
• 6 - 8 weeks prior to the event = 50 % refund
• Less than 6 weeks prior to the event = No refund
