Payment Methods : To ensure your booking, full payment must be made no later than 31st August 2024, for early bird booking must be no later than 31 July 2024, otherwise the booking is cancelled automatically. 6. Term and Conditions for Exhibitors

Cancellation: The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 8 weeks prior to the event = 75% refund
• 6 - 8 weeks prior to the event = 50 % refund
• Less than 6 weeks prior to the event = No refund
